I've known Pão de Minuto for many years. Last weekend I decided to stop by for coffee after a shift. I received excellent service from the staff. I ordered a tapioca with ham, cheese, and egg, which was delicious! I recommend it.

We are loyal customers of the mortadella and cheese sandwich! All the breakfast items we've tried so far have pleased us very much. The service is friendly and it's nice to sit in the back of the bakery while having coffee. ☺️
I really like the service, and the chicken croquettes and pastries. On my last visit I bought the naturally fermented French bread and I thought it was delicious. The best French toast bread I know is made at Pão de Minuto and is the perfect combination for my delicious French toast.
I had coffee at the bakery, complete with toasted bread and a splash of milk. A traditional bakery with good snack options, a small grocery section, and good service.
I recommend it. It's an excellent option for breakfast or a late afternoon coffee. The food is delicious and the price is very fair. Despite being in the Plano Piloto (the central area of Brasília), the prices are very reasonable; it doesn't even feel like it's located in that region, where everything is much more expensive than in the rest of the Federal District. I recommend the cappuccino and the "misto completo" (a mixed sandwich), with a softer egg – it's delicious! They also accept pets; my dog and we loved the tree-lined area at the back of the establishment.
